Payment

1. Downpayment of 50% of the Reservation must be received within five (5) working days after an Invoice is issued to guarantee the Reservation date.
2. Rates are only binding for Reservations in the same year as Invoice date.
3. Rates for Reservations in the next or following years are only binding if the remaining balance of the Invoice issued is paid by the end of the year of Invoice date and 50% deposit is made. Otherwise, new rates for the next year, which will be published in November of the current year, will be applied.
4. Revised rates (if any) for Reservations in the following years will be published by the end of November a year before.
5. Guests who wish to cancel their reservation due to the newly revised rates are allowed to do so latest by the end of the year of the Invoice date, with their deposit fully refunded, after which a penalty of USD 1000 will be charged.
6. The dateline to pay the outstanding balance of Invoice issued would be 45 days prior to arrival for Low Season and 60 days for High Season bookings. Failure to do so will result in an automatic cancellation of the Reservation and a forfeiture of all downpayment.
7. Full payment is required within five (5) days if the reservation is made less than 45 days prior to arrival for Low Season and 60 days for High Season bookings. Failure to do so will result in an automatic cancellation of the Reservation a forfeiture of all downpayment.
8. High Season rates will be applied when occupancies exceed 70%.

Reservations

1. Please give the details of the full names, number of people in the party (Adults-Couples/Children-Ages), arrival and departure time upon making a reservation.
2. Our regular check-in time is 2 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.
3. A late check-out charge will be applicable for Guests wishing to stay longer at the villa at these rates:
4. 50% of nightly rental will be charged if Guests check-out between 2 p.m to before 6 p.m.
5. 100% of nightly rental will be charged If Guests check-out after 6 p.m.

Cancellation Policy

1. All Reservations are non-refundable except for those that are cancelled due to revised rates. (Please refer to our Payment Terms & Conditions)
2. Reservation amendments are allowed only once and maximum date of amendment is within 1 year of the original reservation date.
3. Amendment of reservation date should be done latest 60 days before check-in dates for Regular Stays and before 120 days for bookings of Events.

Security Deposit

1. USD 1,500.00 security deposit will be collected upon arrival.
2. All Guests staying at Khayangan Estate will be asked to sign a waiver of liability and a credit card authorization form which will give Khayangan Estate the right to charge the card for any damages and additional charges that the Guests and/or their parties incur whilst at the Estate.

Damage and Loss

1. Guests are responsible for leaving our property and its contents in good order and in a clean condition. Guests will be asked to pay for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. Khayangan Estate reserves the right to repossess the Estate(s) with no refund if the Guests and/or their parties causes excessive damage or nuisance or engages in unlawful activities.
